About the Role
This is a Permanent Part Time position, 19 hours per week, within the billing and accounts team at RCH Laboratory Services.
As a key member of the Accounts team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support with billing, claims processing and revenue generation for pathology services provided by the RCH Laboratories.
Classification for this position will range from AO21 – AO25, Grade 2 Level 1 to Grade 2 Level 5 ($66,768 - $73,811 per annum, pro-rata, plus Superannuation plus Salary Packaging)

- Develop and maintain a sound understanding of pathology billing systems and processes
- Work with an experienced and supportive team providing top level customer service
- Liaise with both internal and external parties to build effective relationships
Your skills and experience
- Experience in accurate data processing within high volume billing environment
- Ability to prioritise, flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated team member
