About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our Payroll Team in a permanent full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight (with the option of a monthly ADO).
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of a complex, multi-award payroll for approximately 7,000 employees across two fortnightly pay runs.
Classification for this position ranges from AO41 to AO45, with an FTE base salary of $83,657.60 to $92,482.00 per annum, plus superannuation.
What You’ll Achieve
- Work as part of a dedicated and collaborative payroll team
- Process payroll for approximately 7,000 employees across multiple awards and EBAs
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely payments
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a Payroll role within a large organisation (2,000+ employees)
- Demonstrated proficiency using SAP
- Proven ability to process payroll across multiple Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs)
- Experience within the Health sector will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
