About the Role:

This is a Fixed Term Part Time position to cover Parental Leave for 6 months, at 0.6EFT or 48 hours per fortnight within the Complex Care Hub.

 

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Working in collaboration with School Care Home Care Program team to provide competent and efficient administration support
  • Coordinate the scheduling of School Care training with all stakeholders 
  • Acting as a point of contact for training and scheduling enquires

 

 

What you’ll achieve:

  • Providing a coordinated scheduled training for the different programs 
  • Maintain internal and external communications in line with departmental and organisational changes
  • Coordinate administration workflow to ensure optimal output. 

 

Classification for this position will range from AO21 - AO25 (base salary $64,121.20 - $72,191.60 per annum, plus superannuation)

 

Your skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in the use of established administrative processes
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Experience in using computer applications, including but not limited to the Electronic Medical Record

About Complex Care Hub 

The Royal Children’s Complex Care Hub is an interdisciplinary service that coordinates the health care experiences for complex patients and their families. Patients with complex needs frequently require multiple teams, advanced technology and medical equipment to support their care needs, both within the hospital, community and at home.

 

 

Other requirements:

  • Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Compliance with RCHs “Staff Immunisation - Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases” procedure
