Clinic Coordinator - Customer Contact Centre (Grade 2):

About the Role:

This is a full time position at 80 hours per fortnight within the Specialist Clinics team. 

You will be responsible for timely scheduling of appointment, clinic templating, waiting list management and compliance with Department of Health KPIs. This important role involves a high level of interaction with RCH consumers. This is a customer service position involving a high level of customer service to our patients and families. We are seeking highly enthusiastic, team orientated and experienced customer service professionals to join the team. 

Classification for this position will range from A021 - A025 $66,768 - $73,811.92 per annum pro rata.

 

What you’ll achieve:

  • The role is required to have an in depth knowledge of their allocated department portfolio, providing specialist administrative support
  • Clinic coordinator responsibilities include scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling clinic appointments, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems, and providing specialist administrative support to departments.

 

Your skills and experience:

  • Flexible appoach to work demands
  • Demonstrated experience in multiple computer applications.
  • Previous experience working in a busy front line customer service-based role.

About the department:

Specialist Clinics is the outpatient service for patients of RCH, seeing approximately 1,100 patients per day.
