About the Role:

 

These full and part time positions within the Specialist Clinics department/ward are front line customer service positions involving a high level of interaction with patients and their families. You will also be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties including the scheduling of appointments.

 

What you’ll achieve:

 

  • Excellence in customer service.
  • Knowledge of Specialist Clinics booking practices
  • Skills in the use of our electronic medical record

 

Classification for this position with range from A010- A012 (Full time base salary $58,442 to $63,996 per annum, plus superannuation)

 

Your skills and experience:

 

  • Previous work in a busy front line customer service-based role.
  • Demonstrated experience in multiple computer applications.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages or AUSLAN (Australian sign language)

About Specialist Clinics:

 

Specialist Clinics operates the outpatient service, for all medical and surgical departments of the hospital. Seeing over 1200 patients per day we are one of the busiest outpatient services in Victoria.
