About the Role:
This is a Permanent Part Time position (48 hours per fortnight - 0.6EFT) within the Dentistry department. You will join our supportive and professional multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to the provision of high quality, efficient and effective health services through reception, clerical and administrative support. This will include providing outstanding customer service to all people from our diverse community accessing our Dental services.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience working as a receptionist and being part of a team within a Dental setting
- Ability to multitask whilst maintaining the responsibility of being the first point of contact to meet and greet patients/families
- Strong communication skills, as you will be required to provide professional, friendly, warm and calm assistance with our patients and families
- Ability to make decisions quickly and possess excellent organisational skills in order to meet clearly defined outcomes and deadlines
- Have exceptional attention to detail and good computer skills
- Experience with answering phones, greeting clients and supporting with administrative tasks
- Familiarity with Titanium Patient Management System or similar and or Cert III in Dental Assisting highly regarded
