About the Role:
This is a Fixed Term, full-time position for 2 years (at 1 FTE), at 10 days per fortnight within the Organisational Development team. You will be responsible for effectively coordinating learning events and activities related to leadership, culture, and diversity. You will work to ensure the participant experience is seamless, by looking after administration, venue management, and record keeping.
Classification for the is position will range from AO41-AO45 (FTE base salary $83,657 to $92,482, plus Superannuation).
What you'll achieve:
- Manage the end-to-end participant experience of our learning programs, systems and processes
- Provide support for in-person training
- Ensure the Learning Management System is kept up to date with training records and curated content, and produce regular reports on learning and development metrics, including spend, attendance and feedback
- Work with the Organisational Development team on key projects to develop and deliver a variety of digital learning resources
Your skills and experience:
- Post secondary qualifications such as a Certificate IV or equivalent and/or relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating events and learning programs
- Strong capability in using learning management systems and MS Office to optimise the learning experience
- High levels of customer service orientation
- Problem-solving and time management skills

Other requirements:
- Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain <if applicable to role >
- Compliance with RCHs “Staff Immunisation - Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases” procedure
