The Role:

Health Information Services is seeking a part-time clerk to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 10pm. The successful applicant will be required to perform all tasks involved in the medical record document scanning process, assist with release of information requests from our internal and external clients and carry out multiple administrative and clerical duties within the department. The successful candidate should have experience working successfully in a team environment and possess high attention to detail.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience working autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities and work to timelines
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff
  • Professional manner in dealing with both internal and external staff
  • Competent level of computer/web skills
