Annually, the RCH has 300,000+ Specialist Clinic appointments, 90,000+ Emergency Department presentations and 20,000 elective surgeries.

The Opportunity
The Office Coordinator provides administrative, operational, financial and workforce support to ensure the efficient functioning of the RCH Department of Ophthalmology.
Your daily tasks may include a combination of:
- Administrative support and data input
- Providing quality customer service to patients, families, the clinical team and external stakeholders
- Recruitment, onboarding, and workforce administration
- Manage departmental financial activities, including invoices, payments, and reimbursements.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Demonstrated commitment to work and contribute as part of a team.
- Excellent computer knowledge in advanced Microsoft Office Skills (word, excel and PowerPoint), email and Internet usage.
- Experience in continuous improvement.
- An understanding of the healthcare sector
- Experience with report writing
