About the Role:
This is a Fixed Term, Full-Time position at 80 hours per fortnight within the Corporate Services portfolio for 16 months.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of a new rostering solution. Drawing on best-practice project management principles, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan and implementation strategy, and will be accountable for managing all workstreams through to a successful go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.
You will be accountable for stakeholder engagement, change management, business readiness, training coordination, and benefits realisation, working in close partnership with the vendor, internal IT, People and Culture, Finance, and operational teams across the organisation.
Internally, this position will be known and/or referred to as: Project Lead - Rostering System.
Classification for this position is in accordance with Award 10 - Managers and Administrative Workers.
The successful candidate will be appointed from AO81 (Grade 8, Level 1) to AO85 (Grade 8, Level 5), FTE base salary $124,912.84 to $137,858.24 per annum, plus superannuation).
What you’ll achieve:
- Lead and motivate the project team to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes, quality standards, and budget parameters
- Apply project management principles and tools to develop an end-to-end Project Plan and Schedule, identifying necessary actions and resources required to implement a new rostering solution
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors across the project lifecycle
Your skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years’ proven project management experience, including end-to-end delivery of complex technology implementations
- Strong experience in change management, business readiness, and communications and training strategy development
- Demonstrated stakeholder management capability, including working with executive sponsors, senior managers, and external vendors

Other requirements:
