About the Role:
This role is a full time, fixed term contract until 4th March 2026.
The EMR Test Co-ordinator will work under the direction of the EMR Release Manager to manage all testing activities related to EMR releases, this includes management, support and coordination of application, integrated and interface testing within agreed timelines, as well as the management of defects associated with EMR releases to ensure delivery within project timelines. You will work closely with application teams to review test scripts to ensure the EMR application is tested thoroughly and scripts are maintained and updated to reflect EMR build changes.The EMR Test Co-ordinator will take a lead role in supporting interface testing working closely with the EMR Bridges team to ensure interface changes are built and tested ready for application teams and coordinate downstream applications to be available and support testing as required. You will support message comparison testing with the EMR Bridges team

The salary range is A071 – A075 - $111,103.20 to $121,274.40
What you'll achieve:
- Manage testing for EMR upgrades
- Manage defect resolution and escalation for EMR upgrades
- Support and manage testing requirements for interfaced application.
Your skills and experience:
- Epic certification and or equivalent experience
- Experience in working with EMR or e-Health systems
- Familiarity with clinical workflows in addition to an understanding of a wide array of integration points such as laboratory, radiology, medications management systems and clinical documentation.

The Parkville EMR is a world-class system shared by The Royal Melbourne Hospital, The Royal Women’s Hospital, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and The Royal Children’s Hospital to support high-quality, seamless healthcare in Parkville and improve health outcomes for Victorians.
The EMR is used by more than 15,000 clinicians and staff across the four health services and is delivered in partnership with Epic, a global leader in health information technology.
The Parkville EMR team is responsible for the day-to-day management, operation and improvement of the EMR. This team will work collaboratively with EMR teams at RCH, the RMH, Women’s and Peter Mac.
